Chef Yang has held a long interest in traditional Cantonese cuisine.particularly on live seafood cooking.he has mastered the art of Cantonese cooking, traditional and contemporary dim sum in his kitchen, he emphasises 'kungfu' cooking, he says "everything is prepared by hand!"

Gary, the person who is responsible for leading and managing our restaurant. he has been working there for more than 15 years. our team will cautiously meet and greet customers, organise table reservations and offer advice about the menu and wine choices.
